The new law on allergen labelling came into force on 25th November 2005. This demands that any of the allergenic foods that are included deliberately in the food must be declared on the label. It is for pre-packed foods only. Allergen labelling.doc (login to view)
Allergens: Guidance notes for pre-packed food
