To complement the hard copy Handbook to Food hygiene and Safety Regulations, Food Solutions has launched – the ehandbook. An online resource. It expands on the information in the handbook, but maintains the understandable language and format.

Users have:

• Speedy access to the various EU regulations that affect the food sector
• Comprehensive search of the handbook to speed up access to required information
• The latest information, updated as necessary
• Links to the full text of regulations if required
